Last month, we celebrated the premiere of "Frozen II" with our very own Frozen Fairytale Fun Day! Princes and princesses came all dressed up and ready to save the Kingdom of Arendelle! It was a fun afternoon of Frozen-themed games, crafts, and treats.
The kids made their own rock trolls in the Castle Room, snowflake ornaments in the English Country Kitchen, and Olafs in the Jane Austen Salon. They also played a rousing game of Pin-the-Nose on Olaf in the Magical Common Room while they waited for their turn to go up the tower and get their hair braided or get sparkly temporary tattoos.
Our Frozen-inspired treats included blue Olaf Marshmallows and Melted Olaf yogurt cups. And the day concluded with a "Frozen" sing-a-long as parents arrived to pick up their royal children.
The Storyteller's Cottage has lots of fun events and activities for children planned for 2020. Visit www.storytellerscottage.com/events for more information!
